If they wish, students can read or study in the library until 4:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday) or study with or without the help of a student tutor in the cafeteria until 5:00 p.m.

rules — student commitment
Mutual respect and courtesy are basic to the success of the Villa Maria learning environment.
This respect extends to peers, teachers, and all school personnel, as well as the school’s environment, materials and campus.
For this reason, Villa Maria has developed a set of rules that are revised every year to ensure that it continues to offer an environment that is healthy, welcoming and conducive to the personal development of each student.
A copy of the school’s rules is provided to all parents at the beginning of the school year and remains available to both students and parents on the school’s portal at all times.
Students are required to fully participate in and actively contribute to all classroom activities. All students must invest the appropriate amount of time and effort in and out of the classroom to meet the established learning and performance expectations.
Students must pay special attention to all written and verbal instructions, ensuring that they understand and follow them. They are responsible for bringing the appropriate materials to class and are expected to maintain their course work, binders, and portfolios in an orderly manner.
Students are encouraged to think about what they are learning and to ask questions to increase their understanding as well as their awareness of their learning process, taking into account feedback from peers and teachers regarding their work.
